Anne qualified as accountant in 1994 and she trained at Reuters News Agency in London. After a successful career in finance and running her own business, Anne joined Bargate Holroyd Insurance Brokers as Accounts Manager on a part time basis. In 2021 Anne joined the team on a full time basis.
Anne looks after the financial aspects of the brokers, which includes a large responsibility handling client monies as the Insurance business is heavily regulated by the FCA with bi-annual audits.
Her previous positions have included Corporate Services Director for the Horserace Betting Levy Board at the Forensic Lab in Newmarket and also FD for a prestigious wine merchants in Cambridge.
In her spare time, Anne works with festival organiser Peter Chegwin, where she manages around 200 volunteer stewards at Wickham Festival for one week every August and also works in the Box Office at Weyfest Festival.
Anne loves the Arts and runs her own amateur theatre company as well as sitting on the Arts for Rutland charity and is trustee for The Victoria Hall in Oakham.
